It is always a good idea to view a Sample prior to making a large quantity purchase. Another advantage to viewing a Sample, is the ability to actually position the product in the location where it will be used in order to see how it works with existing lighting and furnishings. Large format Samples are priced at only $3.50 including shipping and handling. The size of the Sample is dependent on the width of the paper (20.5 inches or 27 inches) or the height of the border and the length of the repeat which varies from pattern to pattern.

Wallpaper Samples: In the case, of wallpaper patterns, the Sample will be large enough to illustrate a full pattern repeat and the full width of a roll. It is helpful to have a full repeat in order to truly appreciate how the pattern will work for your installation. In the case of wallpaper, the repeat and the match are important elements in terms of the total finished appearance. It is also advantageous to be able to get a sense of the weight and texture of the product in advance in order to plan for the correct installation supplies.

Border Samples: In the case of border patterns, the Sample will also be large enough to show a full repeat and the full height of the selected product.

Or, if you have a specific pattern number in mind, we will conduct a nation-wide search just for you.

Saver Special: It is recommended that you select a large format Sample in order to have a full appreciation for the full pattern; but, if all you want to see is a small color swatch, we offer small color samples at no charge. These FREE samples are approximately 2"x 2" in size.

How to Order a Sample: For a large format Sample ($3.50), use the button below to add a Large Format Sample to your cart, then complete the transaction as you would for any purchase and send an e-mail message to sales@fortheloveofwallpaper.com with the full pattern name as it appears in the product description including the letter B if appropriate (ex: B-Bloom Time 5, or Eleganza 6). For a small, approximately 2"x 2", color-swatch sample, just send an e-mail to sales@fortheloveofwallpaper.com & include the full Pattern Name you wish to have a Sample of plus your name, mailing address & e-mail address.
